Has essential stores for college students like Hollister, PacSun, Victoria Secret, Glicks, Francescas, TradeHome Shoes, and JC Penney. Nothing really high end in this mall.

Living in Terre Haute for three years, I've seen too many stores go out of this mall in such a short time. Don't go there looking for small start-up businesses either; mostly large chains.

This mall is below average. It is in a good location with easy parking. However, the number of stores in the mall leaves a lot to be desired. They do still have JCPenney, but it seems that most of the other major retailers have gotten out of dodge. There are still the bread and butter mall smaller stores- such as Claire's, Bath and Body Works, Justice, etc. There are also a few other specialty stores. However, it is obvious that there's a lot of empty space. The mall is clean, which is great. For me, getting around is definitely not intuitive. There are only a few options for food/drink, and some of them are not located in the food court area.

You worry about malls every where and this was no exception. Mall was clean and the stores there were wonderful. There was fun stuff for kids to do with the play area.

Will soon be an empty building. Stores are flooding out of the space. Only anchor store left is JC Penney. Would be nice to have someone buy it and turn it into a fun entertainment center. You could have a Dave & Busters, in-door arcade, restaurants, trampoline zone, etc. I don't really recommend wasting your time on it now though.
