I've golfed a lot of courses around the country, and this is one of the toughest public courses I've played. It was pretty wet that day, but the greens were still fast. So fast greens and the course is long from the gold tees. What makes the course challenging is lots of water and lots of sand--danger everywhere. Course was... More

This is a tough, but fun, golf course for us amateurs. It's fairly level with a couple of lakes/ponds. I prefer a cart to walking--save my strength for the golf. Has an interesting old cemetery right in the middle of it all!

My Husband plays at least once a week here. He is a +2 handicap and enjoys this course. Summer of 2013 they are doing work on the course, but it is still open for play. They hold several outings at this course, so call for tee time.

the drought in 2012 killed all the fairways. they ran out of water. it's been worse each year for the past few yrs. i would use caution before making a long trip to play here. hoping for some solutions in 2013.

Hulman Links is a challenging golf course with a championship layout. That said, for the past couple years, the course has declined. Yes, the drought was bad, but there were problems before then, and no one really seems to care. It's a shame because the course itself is good and could bring some sorely needed money to this town. Stop... More

Nice design of the course and very challenging. Requires strategy as to when to lay up and when to go for it. The drought this year did a number on the fairways but I'm sure they will come back next year.

This past summer's drought destroyed this course. There was virtually no grass left on the fairways. The Tees were also in bad shape. The greens were better, but not much. On top of the conditions we were not warned the course was in bad shape and they charged us full price.
