Renowned for its rich athletic tradition, the university is a beautiful place to visit, with such religious attractions as the Grotto of Our Lady of Lourdes, the park-like setting of its huge stadium and the abundant artwork.

Love the old architecture and the history of this great school. Used to live, almost, across the street from it. Had a few good times there in the past.

I always visit the bookstore at Norte Dame whenever I visit South Bend. Purchased volley ball clothing for my daughter. I enjoy just browsing through the inventory.

Beautiful campus! Nice book store! Lots to see, the stadium is under construction so that was a draw back we could not tour😔

Everyone at some point in their lives needs to take a walk around the campus of the University of Notre Dame. From Touchdown Jesus to the Gold Dome to the Football, basketball and hockey stadiums. You can spend hours in each of them exploring where such greats as Knute Rockne and Joe Montana came for an education and play some... More

Some of the most beautiful architecture in the Midwest. Exceptional craftsmanship. Learned that it took 18 years to build it at a time when all crafts were done by hand.

The campus is pretty, but I wouldn't recommend going out of your way to visit the University (unless you're catholic and find this interesting). There isn't much to do here - I would recommend spending your time at the chocolate factory instead.

We had the opportunity to go to a Notre Dame game but more importantly spending time on the campus was awesome and would recommend visiting and experiencing the campus and the activities on home game weekends. The band is awesome, the dome is spectacular, they have bagpipers, the basilica is beautiful and the history of the campus is very interesting.... More

This beautiful campus was ranked the top college campus in the US. It is well worth a a tour in most any weather. Tours can be arranged near the main campus entrance (check with campus entrance guards for the exact location). If wandering by yourself, make sure to visit the Grotto, the Main Building (under the Golden Dome), Sacred Heart... More
