We were the only visitors when we were there and got a personal tour around the visitors' center with lots of history shared. The video they show is excellent. The gift shop is also good.

We passed through New Harmony after a night at the nearby state park. We kept seeing this white building and then realized it was the visitor's center. It is really cool inside. You can rent golf carts to ride around the town and it is...More

Open, spacious design of a visitor center. Complete with helpful staff for all things New Harmony and Posey county. Clean bathrooms, gift shop and videos to fully introduce the Harmonist history.

Building is iconic but it’s best features (nice outdoor stairs and decks) are closed ! The gift store is nice and the film about New Harmony is interesting. The building itself is a disappointment.

Visitor center for New Harmony is this extremely modern,multi-level, white and glass building. Interior containing visitor info and is the starting point a guided tour of Historic New Harmony. A definite must see while in town.

Gorgeous building in an interesting setting. But there's really nothing IN it! A short film was informative but then the only other exhibits were models of the town . . . with VERY little curated information. Seems like a waste.
