Our daughter recommended a canoe & kayak float on the Blue River. We've floated many a river and was impressed by the workforce employed at Cave Country Canoes from beginning to end. Larry our driver was the highlight.

We did a half day trip. It was a little pricey compared to other canoe places in Indiana. Scenery was pretty. Water wasn't clear. Gift shop and bathroom was nice. The bus leaves at certain times so try to plan according.

Escape from it all and spend an afternoon canoeing down Blue River. Reasonable priced rentals for 7- or 14-mile trips. Complimentary put-in service even if you bring your own canoe. Fun for the entire family. Go after a nice rainfall for the best rapids.

Hi, It is on two different days, one day you do the 7 mile, this is above the dam. The other day the 14 mile, this is below the dam. You camp at Milltown in our campground by the river. Thanks, Carla
