I'm almost 68 years old and went with my daughter on Fathers Day. This was a nice, peaceful, half day trip. We saw only two other boats the entire time and we started out at 10:30 on Father's Day. Probably more people in the afternoon....More

Easy in and out of the creek, friendly and helpful staff, majority of half day trip was in the shade. Highly recommend kayak if you have an uneven number of people, especially if you need to separate teenage siblings ☺, definitely will do this again.

My friends and I did the 14 mile full day excursion. I had a really good time and so did my friends. The only suggestion I could make would be to somehow mark the milage in the river so it is easier to keep track...More

Thanks for the 5* review. Glad you had a good time. The land along the river is mostly privatively own, so we are not aloud to put up markers. Look forward to seeing you & your friends again.

Apparently we went on a very crowded day and the staff was overwhelmed. We finally got our kayaks an hour after our reservation. I should point out that the place was very clean and, other than the inability to respond to the crowd, seemed to...More

What is the cost?

The cost is $26.00 per person in a canoe and you need two paying people per canoe. The kayaks are $34.00 per person. If you have a child under 12 riding in the middle they are free.
