This Premium outlet is small. They do have good stores and good deals (for a small town) but not exceptional. Other Premium Outlets have terrific deals and way more stores. This one is ok and worth a look but if I’m being honest it’s not one of the best locations, like Chicago’s (Aurora) or Pittsburgh’s (Grove City) outlet malls. Not even close. Still it’s worth a couple hours of deal shopping.

Hours are shorter due to COVID and in some cases, there are lines to enter. Some stores are open but a number of them seem to have vacated. Check the website for store hours and a list of stores. I was disappointed that Hana Anderson is gone. Good parking.

I haven't been to lighthouse place in 6 or 7 years. I am in utter shock that the city would let the mall go down hill so bad. I was astonished to see how filthy the restrooms were. The smell was overwhelming. I left the mall early. Several stores have left the mall and I can see why after seeing how the buildings are kept up. I wouldn't want my brand name store and such a still ridden falling down establishment. Even the employees that are being hired are filthy, one of the sales reps at a shoe store literally had food all over her shirt as if she ate her lunch on herself. I would not recommend this mall to anyone

I have visited this Outlet many times. This was my forst visit post COVID 19. The area lost quite a few stores and there are many more empty stores than there was 2 years ago. REEBOK has left, a Kitchen supply store left and a couple of jewlers are gone.
Know what you are looking for. Prices are not always cheaper or are the bargains.
The place is clean with plenty of places to sit down in and out of the sun, There is something here for everyone.

We visit regularly when we travel to New Buffalo. Wonderful shopping bargains here. The Polo shop is not to be missed. Quality merchandise to be had here. Also we have frequented Adidas and Jockey and are pleased with the selection and prices.

I went to this mall when if first opened and it was great! Since then it has really gone down hill. To make the trip from Chicago to just go to this mall I would not waste my time! The Chicago Outlets malls are Much Better! BUT if your coming to go other stuff (beach, winery) then it's an OK place. I also found it to be dirty. Many stores are out of business. I also thought the stores really had NO deals. Very limited places to eat. Just no worth the drive or time!

Spent a day shopping here. They have some stores that I really like to shop at. Christopher and Banks, Chico's, Banana republic, The Loft, Express, Coach, MK and Kate Spade were a few of the stores I made sure to stop at. I bought several purses at excellent prices and quite a few other items.
Some stores would not let you try on clothing while others like Chico's did.
I will definitely come back next time I'm here!

My sister and our two teenaged daughters went today (2-16-13) t o get the girls some clothes and our usual fix of makeup from the Estee Lauder owned outlet The Cosmetic Company. Every line owned by Lauder (Clinique, MAC, Bobbi Brown, Origins. etc) is in this gem. The store closed 2-14-13 and the sign told us to visit them in Aurora, some 2 hours away. As if! We are totally bummed. Good selection for our girls.

We had a laptop stolen from our vehichle while we shopped. We think we saw the people who did this but there aren't any cameras in the parking lot!!! If you go to the city police site you will see this is a high
vehicle theft town!!! It is full of low lifes who think other peoples property is for the taking!!!!!

I am sure they do not. Leave the dog in the car. Because you have to move your car anyhow it won't be a problem, john b.
