This was a fantastic way to cool off on a 100 degree day and after riding a Harley for hours. Adequate tour time of an hour or so and great formations in cave along with history of Squire Boone.

Squire Boone Cave is must see! Had a great time. Enthusiastic, knowledgeable guide. Thought the 73 steps back to the top might be a problem but were not an issue. If needed can take as fast or slow as you want. Would highly recommend!

They give you earphones so u can hear the guide. That makes a big difference! The spiral is 73 steps going down and 73 going back up might be hard on some. The price is reasonable. The tour is good and the guide makes it...More

There are several sets of stairs within the tour but the toughest set is at the very end. There are 73 stairs in a spiral to get you out of the cave.

Best caves around Louisville (7 Replies)
We will be in Louisville for two days in May and are planning on visiting two caves in Southern Indiana. Our three choices are Wyandotte Cave, Marengo Cave, and Squire Boone Caverns. If you could only visit two of these three, which two are the best?
