Completed both the Crystal Palace and Dripstone tours. Just walked up to the ticket desk for tickets. Reservations are not necessary unless it was a big group. The Dripstone tour was definitely a MUST due to the vast amount of sites to see. The tour guides were great. At this time, mask were NOT mandatory and tour sizes were cap at 30 people. So there did not seem to be smaller groups due to COVID. There is also a nice trial in the back that points toward the sinkhole. Nice trail. Nice rock shop in the back. Less crowded than main store. Great selection of souvenirs. Had other great family activities that were scheduled as well. Would definitely return.

We bought the combo ticket for both Crystal Palace and Dripstone Trail. The caves are similar but also have their differences. We were allowed to take pictures in the caves. The tour was not very strenuous and we felt they were worth the price. Both were beautiful to see. Larry was our guide and was fantastic! He was very experienced and knowledgeable. The caves and properties were very well kept. All employees were masked, which was important to us, as well as friendly. My only complaint was having to get back in line to get scheduled for the second tour and again to purchase the cave tour pictures. Perhaps this is not the standard practice, but it was on the day we were there. We highly recommend visiting this place. Many other family-friendly things to do there, check out their website.

Did the Dripstone with our two kids (8 and 6). It took about an hour and 15 minutes and was very enjoyable. Very cool formations underground and a very interesting tour. The tour guide was fantastic. Also, the gift shop had remarkably reasonable prices for the stuff there.

So nice to not hear "millions of years ago" on the tours. Loved Christian message outside on a sign. Thank you for a great family experience!

There are 2 tours you can get one for $17ish the other $22 or both for $28.99. We opted for both. The crystal cave tour seemed shorter and "safer" for the elderly. The dripstone tour was my favorite buy there are more narrow passages, I'm 5"4" and hit my head at one spot. But it's so much better than the other tour imho. The only negative I really saw was the activites. There is a giant maze, small cave crawl which is a box basically, and a slide you climb up. I added a picture. Also peddle karts but they weren't open for us. Each activity costs $5 which is insane IMO. Or a bracelet for $20 to do events unlimited times. I have one child so that was fine but people with more children their kids can't enjoy these things at that outrageous pricing. We paid $96 for 2 adults and 1 child to.do both tours and 1 bracelet for my son.
