Enjoyed the variety of displays, esp the fabrics, jewelry and woodwork. Some unusual pieces. Nice that it is free. Small museum tucked away down a hill. Some emphasis upon classes. Gift shop.

The day I visited the museum only the two special exhibits were open, one on Twin Rocker paper and the other works by the artist Zimmer. These were exhibits that you wouldn't likely find in a big city art museum so I feel that the...More

This is a pleasant little local art museum. Most paintings and other art objects follow a limited range of themes. Worth the admission price and a few minutes of your time.

The Art Museum is a very accessible avenue to the art experience of a mid-western town. This art place is not unapproachably big or pompously grandiose. There is a changing collection as well as a personal collection routinely displayed in the quiet, and contemplative galleries,...More

Like a previous stated it is small with a hometown flair. The admission is free but they gladly accept donations. The exhibits vary and the focus seem to be mostly modern art. They have had other exhibits with local artists.

We arrived just to visit, but found a presentation in progress. We stayed and enjoyed the presentation. We did not get to see the rest of the museum due to time constraints. I would like to return.
