Time to visit Candy Land

See how they make your childhood favorites and see how much they love what they do. Willie Wonka has nothing on this place. Do not miss a visit here as we had s wonderful visit.

It was fun to take my kids there the last day of school, but not something we could afford very often. I had a case of sticker shock on way home as we ate the last piece of the $18 box which gave the 3 of us what amounted to a full size candy bar size worth each. Thought of... More

How can I visit this area without buying my favorite chocolates? I love the quaint atmosphere and the dark chocolate candy. Wonderful candy shop!

We got here just before they closed. we got a free sample of their hard red hot candy so on the way out we bought a few dark chocolate red hot creams. Wow! So good but the store was closed and we could not buy more.😞

We were staying in Jeffersonville a few weeks back and found Schimpff's candy. This was the weekend they were celebrating 125 years in business. Band, cake, punch, and candy. What more could you ask for. I did ask for more. I wanted my picture with Martin Schimpff. The place is authentic and quaint. Loved it!

Great atmosphere, and the candy a here are all great. I don't like chocolate but will eat theirs. Make sure you get some cinnamon candies when you leave they are outstanding.

I live in Jeffersonville and stop in every few months. Their candy is delightful and they have a wide selection of flavors. They also have a deli, soda fountain, and ice cream. It's not far from the waking bridge, so it's in a perfect location to walk to. The owners and employees are always friendly.

We were brought to this Chocolatier by City Taste Tours. It is unbelievable this family business is still operating. Loved the museum with all the old candy molds, candy dispensers, candy wrappers from long, long ago, etc. You don't get to see chocolates being made right before your eyes, but here you do. Try the red hot cinnamon chocolates. They... More

Stopped here with our 18yr old son while taking a walk thru town. What a selection of fine candies and chocolates. My favorites are the bourbon balls and cinnamon hard candies. Husband and son ordered malts served in old style milkshake containers and give a glass to pour into. The back room museum is a must see- historic cans, tins, candies, box machines,etc.... More

I was brought to the candy store because my friends and family had already been and they said I'd enjoy it. We watched the demonstration on how they make their famous cinnamon red hots. The owners were funny and very informative. There is so much history and nostalgia in this place it almost feels like you've stepped back in time.... More
