I have paid for an annual membership for several years. It's a challenging layout. No two holes are alike. Flooding was an issue in the past, but the city has done considerable work to lessen the likelihood of this being as much of a problem in the future. It is a beautiful course on the river that really doesn't feel... More

Played Coffin for first time in several years today. I'd forgotten just how beautiful the course is! The course is moderately challenging with some hole being very generous (wrt trouble off the tee) and some being very tight indeed! The fairways, greens, and rough are all in excellent condition. My only complaint is that the traps are completely devoid of... More

This public golf course is a very fun experience right in the middle of Indianapolis. Course is well maintained. Has some very fun holes with one exceptional hole that you drive off from a high ridge to a valley below. This is a beautiful golf course that is a good value in Indy.

Coffin is a little tired and could use some TLC from a maintenance standpoint, but is a golf challenge and a real bargain. Its a municipal that has the bloodlines of a fine old course. There are great hjoles sprinkled throughout, like short number 3, number 5 10, 12 and 18.Just wish they could invest in sprucing it up!

The course is very open and has many hills which makes it look very pretty! It was a beautiful day out. My cousin played very well and ended up winning the high school tournament.

This is a nice coursw and worthwhile to play. Just do not expect to be 'wowed'. No one seemed to go above and beyond

Bordering on unfair. If you are anywhere above the hole, bring your wedge with you because you WILL putt it off the green. I spoke to the pro who stated that the pins this day were about average. Part of the experience I guess. The rest of the course was well maintained, greens large and in great condition for an... More
