This theatre group now has a new home. A recent mailing featured the wrong performance dates and facility address and was also sent quite late but I am confident these missteps will be corrected expediently. Their new home, 705 North Illinois Street, is structurally magnificent...More

We just attended the Phoenix for it's inaugural season 2018-2019! We attended the musical Bright Star twice, and were amazed at the quality of the theatre, the actors and the musicians. The new theatre is very modern, and nicely decorated. You may purchase tickets on...More

We visited the Phoenix for the first time last evening and absolutely loved the small production. The actors were energetic and just downright adorable. I highly recommend this organization and can not wait to see their new theater this spring.

Always doing new productions. Sometimes they have local playwrights. If you want to see groundbreaking new theater live, this is the place to see it in Indy.

This review is not for the facility itself, talent of cast and writers, background and stage people but a review of this year's Xmas show. We have been attending this particular production for 9 shows now and have never been disappointed until this year. One...More

We like going to community plays so we checked this place out. The acting was pretty good, the play itself OK, the facility, not so hot. No parking at all around the place which is why they are looking to move. And, maybe a bit...More

The Phoenix has many talented and skilled performers, directors, and designers. It is one of the few theaters in Indianapolis that have professional theater productions. They often do cutting edge and new works. For serious theater lovers, this is a great place to soak up...More
