The ICT is approx 8miles if you do it end to end. You pass historical sites, heritage sites, monuments, and parks. Do it all or pieces at a time. The absolute best way to see Indy.

By bike or on foot, get to know Indy the way locals prefer. The cultural trail is an enjoyable and active way to peek behind the curtain and get to know the bones of this vibrant city.

Ride your bike on the designated bike trail or rent bikes at many spots on the trail. Saturday mornings at City Market are fun to eat the the food vendors for good farm to table food.

Excellent!! while my subject line involves more paths than the cultural trail, the southern swing through Dwtwn to Fountain Square was very nice!

We spent 2 1/2 hours biking the cultural trail down town and saw parts of the city we have never seen before. Great fun!

This is a lovely walk, with lots to see. The museums are along this trail, and you can really appreciate both old and new architecture along the way. Also native plants and garden areas are near the museums.

I liked that you can walk to so many things in the down town area. For the most part it was clean but the strong smell of urine under the RR bridge is hard to take.

The Cultural Trail is wide, easy, safe access to hot spots in Fountain Square and elsewhere. Nicely paved and excellent signage.

Hello. I believe the Culture Trail is self-guided. It's sort of like the Freedom Trail in Boston...marked by special bricks in the sidewalk. You just follow the bricks the whole route and it takes you past different parts of... More

It is self-guided. I would start near Meridian and Maryland. From there I'd go "off-trail" to see the circle monument, then route back on the trail to pick see all the other cool buildings and shops.
