There is no anchor store here. Many of the stores and restaurants have closed. The food court is most likely what keeps this place going. A few chain stores exist, other than that, there's not much to this mall any longer. It's very sad.

What was once a nice place is quickly becoming a scary place. Escalators out of order, broken garage doors, empty stores, packs of kids roving. Used to be a nice place to visit.

wonderful and surprising. Just walk down a walkway and go shopping. Stores galore and variety. But best of all no outside. yeah.

I remember going here for the grand opening back in September of 1995. Over 24 years later, I still love going here. Great location in downtown Indianapolis and a good place for parking no matter what you're doing in the downtown area. I like spending the whole day here, especially on a rainy day. You can shop, eat lunch, go to a movie, relax in the arts Garden, get some exercise "mall walking, then have a nice dinner, maybe even catch a second movie......all in one place.

The good news is the Circle Centre Mall in downtown Indianapolis, Indiana, has 58 retail stores, 26 restaurants and six entertainment venues to attract shoppers and diners and locals and tourists to this four-story, 729,981-square-foot indoor mall. The bad news is it doesn't incorporate any significant anchor stores or department stores since Nordstrom closed in 2011 and Carson's closed in 2018. But it remains a fun place to visit, browse, shop and eat. Located at 49 West Maryland Street, one block south of Monument Circle, Circle Center Mall opened in 1995 and covers two square blocks. The third floor features a food court, including 15 sit-down restaurants, while the fourth level contains the entertainment venues, including a nine-screen United Artists movie theater. The Indianapolis Star uses 100,000 square feet of the former Nordstrom space. Conveniently, a dozen hotels connect to the mall and to the city's cultural and art centers. Among the retailers are Banana Republic, Lucky Brand, H&M, American Eagle, Eddie Bauer, Aldo, Forever 21, Kay Jewelers, TJ Max, Verizon, Victoria's Secret, WNS Apparel, Francesca's, Hot Topic, Nirvana, Oakley, Sunglass Hut, The Children's Place and R&R barber and beauty salon. Hungry? Want to take a lunch break from shopping? What's your taste? Among your options are Nada, Harry & Izzy's, Taco Bell, Subway, Cajun Grill, Weber Grill, Tony's Steaks and Seafood, Ruth's Chris Steak House, Punch Bowl Social, Panera Bread, Champps Kitchen & Bar, Burger Study, P.F. Chang's China Bistro, Yard House and Primanti Brothers.
