This park is in the city but has a wonderful trail along the river that makes you feel you are in the wilderness. Great nature center and a playground for the little ones. It’s a real treasure. And then there’s those “ruins”.

I came here on a Friday evening. The races of man ruins were impressive, but that was the only good thing out of the park. There’s a nature center, which was closed on Good Friday and a playground for little children. I just walked around...More

Yes, many around the park, across from the park, many shaded areas there and around the nature center. My family and I have spent many glorious days having picnics and hiking adventures there.
