This facility is excellent for art lessons. The exhibits are small and easily seen and enjoyable and vary for time to time-nothing spectacular but ok. The grounds at one time had been beautifully landscaped, but they have disappointedly fallen into neglect.

I have been a member of the IAC for several years. It is an amazing facility with galleries, art classes in everything from jewelry making to metal smithing, woodworking, ceramics, glass making and much more. There are classes and summer camps for kids. Classes can be a one day pop-up class or a 7 or 15 week series of classes.... More

I went with a friend. Dinner and the art center. A perfect evening. We saw some talent on the wall. Fabulous evening.

The Indianapolis Arts Center is both a visual and teaching experience. It's a great place to view the art of the students and an even better place to come back to learn!

I've enjoyed all the classes I've taken at the Indianapolis Art Center. I've taken their photography, digital photography, drawing and many other courses. The instructors are all very passionate about their subject and do a great job providing feedback to the students. My family and I also enjoy visiting IAC when the broad ripple art fest is going on. This... More

We pass through the art center a few times a month. There are a variety of changing exhibits at this museum. The hallways, main entry, special gallery and even the library are used to hold temporary exhibits. Some of the art is by students, some by faculty and some by local area artists. We always make it a point to... More

I give the Indianapolis Art Center an excellent rating because of the wide variety of art and craft educational experiences that are offered here all year round to all age groups. The center also offers a variety of rotating art exhibits and events including the excellent Broad Ripple Art Fair in the spring. The center is on a lovely property... More

A bit of a disappointment. There was only one hall of professional art. The rest of the building had the arts and crafts of children and amateur artists on the walls. It looks like an excellent school to learn how to draw and paint, but not much of an art museum.

What a cool place! The building inside (art school and exhibition center) had some very interesting and unique sculptures on display. Then walk out the back. Great outdoor sculptures and "The Twisted House". All of this in a beautiful setting with the White River flowing past. A surprise gem.
