Fort Wayne zoo is one of the best. It has a great flow. You basically circle the whole thing and don’t have to backtrack. Good place to get some exercise in while seeing the animals. Lions, tigers, kangaroos, orangutans, giraffes, and many more!

Great family fun. Many sights and really good animal exhibits. I would suggest bringing your own food and drink. Concessions are a little pricey.

The Fort Wayne Children’s zoo is a great place for all ages to visit. This is one of few zoos in the United States that truly cares about the education of people in the zoological science. Every visit, I learn something new about the research...More

This is such a gem of a Zoo! So many activities geared towards children and it's still interesting for adults to go to on their own.

Plan to spend the day, food is available and reasonably priced, but they also have picnic tables just outside the gates if you prefer to bring your own.

Thanks for the awesome review and the great recommendation for picnic within Franke Park or grabbing lunch in the Zoo. Either is a great option for visits at the Zoo.

We usually get a season pass for the zoo because it’s so big you can just go to one or two areas each time you’re there. It can get tiring if you try to squeeze in the whole thing at once. Also the Halloween trick...More
