We came to Fairmount for Garfield. Only one room of Garfield, but lots of vintage Garfield items for sale in the gift shop. Staff (who were all volunteers) were so friendly and helpful.

This is a fun place to visit while in town. For a small town there's a lot of history that not many people know about most the stuff has been given to the museum for locals.

My family volunteer at this museum so of course I'm biased. It's quite a neat collection and something nice to see in such a small town.
