We had a Groupon ($16) to visit this place but it was very difficult to find as there is no Lotticks Corner Rd. which Map Quest directions told us to turn onto and the direction from New Albany were incorrect as Doolittle Hill Rd. is closed. So we drove around aimlessly for thirty minutes discovering this and stopped and called to get alternate directions since it is in the middle of nowhere. So glad someone answered the phone and it wasn’t a recording. Thank you Regina. You go up a gravel drive to a meta building with small gravel lot for parking. The first thing we noticed aside from it being in the middle of nowhere was that the property was rural and somewhat unkept. It has the potential though and room to be much nicer. There was a nice breeze coming through but not conducive to sit outside since the property does need maintenance and the small wood deck/porch on front of the building wasn’t all that inviting or covered from the heat of a summer afternoon. The Groupon we bought ahead of time was a nice deal that included two tastings, two souvenir glasses and a bottle of wine. The logo glasses were given boxed up nicely. Regina greeted us when we entered and she also served us and was very friendly and welcoming. The tasting room has a small stand-up bar and some gift items located around the room. They have a printed wine list from dry to sweet which give the name, bottle pricing (ranging $11.99 to $19.95), %RS and a short description of each wine to help you decide on the six you want to try. The wine sheet even has some slushie recipes. We noticed on the sheet, and it was mentioned to us, that they also offer spirits sampling for $5 per person and included five samples to taste. Those bottles were 40 to 80 proof and priced $23 to 28 dollars. They also had cocktail pricing of $6 for small and $12 for large but again we were there for the wine only. I think we could have split our tasting between wine and liquor but we just did the wine. Most of the wines on the list are sweet and fruity but we found several we enjoyed and both agreed on a bottle of Blitz’s Best that is a Pinot Noir we enjoyed later on our trip. The Nouveau, Catawba and the Bluebird were all nicely refreshing.

Out of the way but worth the trip. Lot of room for growing. The peach wine is very tasty. Nice outside patio area. People are friendly and definitely worth a second or third trip. Wineries are great no matter the location. Beautiful baby co rod driving to get there with plenty of parking. You won't regret the trip.

We stopped here along with a couple other wineries in the area as part of the Indiana Wine Trail. Wine tastings are *free* and because of this, I felt a little rushed but overall I enjoyed most of the wines I tried (I like sweeter wines). The Bluebird and Plum were my favorites and I bought a bottle of the plum to take home. The ladies working were all very nice.

The bluebird is my favorite wine here. They allow u to taste anything. It’s a very remote location and is a pretty drive from Louisville

Very laid back, good wine, and friendly people. Especially relaxing during the summer when live music can be enjoyed on the front lawn. Bring a lawn chair or blanket and have a glass of wine while enjoying music. Recently can also purchase Rum and Vodka beverages.
