This is the first time my family went without food and I will never do it again!!!! I’ve worked in fast food and understand a backup, but damn they are only staff by teenagers who are their to make a quick buck over the summer. It’s crazy that you are expected to wait like an hour at the pizza place, 40 minutes at the funnel cake, and at the cafe(good luck). Long lines at food but not at the slides. It’s ridiculous. You wait like most of the day in those lines. Food gets backed up and cashiers still take orders. This one black kid(his name started with an ”A” I think) was the only one preparing food. Like what? Tell your cashiers to take a max of ten orders at a time, and when there is a back up. Stop and help to make food. That black kid had to make drinks and get the food in order. It’s ridiculous. My food was subpar and overpriced. I feel bad for that kid! The slides and pool were fun, but I’m bringing my own food next time. Also I couldn’t even tip the kid, he was doing his best. WTF this is crazy man. I wanted to fight those people who were standing around not helping! It was frustrating. Long story short bring a cooler with enough food for the day and don’t order if the line is long! Also wait for your order. Twelve times people left for 20 mins and held up the line. Good slides, but the Food service was subpar.

Gross. I hate all water parks. Humans are trash and we ruin everything. Waterparks are bacteria breeding grounds filles with screaming children that shouldnt be allowed in public and people who have clearly no grasp on basic hygene or respect for others. Enjoy your screaming soggy crapfest. Thstll be a no from me

First off, we had a good time on the rides, and the lines moved right along, on the very busy day we were there. I recommend getting there early, so as to reserve your seat or shaded picnic table. The park seemed clean, but like anywhere, there is some wear and tear as I would expect it. No safety concerns from what I saw. The biggest gripe was the wait time for food. If or when we return, we will know to pack a cooler with all our needs. I waited in line over an hour for 2 hot dogs, but spent that time meeting and talking with some very nice people around me. I liked the park, the rides, and it felt safe, but just unorganized on the food side.

Have come here with my kids several times in the last 10 years and I feel like it's become a little run down. So many activities on the kids' area didn't work, peeling paint, etc. What was most frustrating was the lack of organization with tube distribution. Not a huge issue on less crowded days, but when it's packed it's a nightmare. I've been to worst, but will probably opt to visit a different park next summer.

We're sorry you feel that way. The facts are that this season only one of the attractions was down for a couple days for safety maintenance...otherwise 100% open every day. As season goes on paint does peel and can't be repainted unless the ride is shut down...and that's not what you want, right? Tubes, we provide tubes for free and have to limit for safety...on busy days, there will be a wait...SOLUTION...rent a private tube...see how easy that was! Glad you've came for 10 years and I hope you continue...this season we're celebrating #25💦 I can assure you the waterpark is not "run down" it is maintained 24/7 and has always passed all inspections 100%...just remember, we're 25 years old...will never again look new...but always FUN! Have a SPLASHtastic summer💦💦

Bring water shoes because the soles of kids feet will wear own and they will complain for days!! (been there. done that.) Have a great time. No glass bottles. plastic only and bring extra ice!
