Took our out of town in laws here and it was an embarrassment. The staff lacks hospitality. When we asked about their tour, it seemed like answering us was an imposition. The same person was our tour guide and the attitude didn't subside. The tour,...More

I've been to a few other caves and think this one is a good starting point. My son had never been in one and he was thrilled with the experience and it wasn't so long that he got bored. We loved the boat ride!

Nice trip with a very informative guide who was actually part of the team to map the cave. More skeletal remains than you would typically see in a cavern. The boat ride is a nice extra that is not a part of many tours. My...More

Wonderful job of video explaining geology before the tour begins. Not just Indiana but world view, dinosaurs, ice age, how caves are formed

The tour was very nice but it sure doesn't have a Biblical view of creation. This cave tour involves many stairs so it might not be easy for older or overweight people. The river tour was really fun.More

First of all, this one is a lot of steps up and down. If you aren't in good shape or have issues walking you may want to ask first. They did point at a picture of the stairs but didn't mention how much it was....More

Thanks for sharing your perspective on the steps. Initially we were quite concerned how a variety of visitors would do with the steps. Our oldest visitor to date came the first year and at 94 she did great. We have had people with prosthetics (even...More

All ages are welcome. Front carriers are very nice for babies if you can bring one, but certainly not required. Just frees us the parents hands to use the hand rails.
