Expansive but well worth the money. Take a light jacket with you; wear sneakers and NOT sandals. Many metal steps to walk down and up. Fantastic story behind the caverns with a boat ride in the underground like.

Indiana Caverns is a wonderful place to visit. Mark, our guide, was very personable and entertaining. This cave does not have all the beautiful formations, but the bones and the ongoing digs are very interesting; uncovering history.

We booked this trip specifically because of the boat trip at the end of the cavern trip. It did not disappoint. Our guide was a delight and was full of information to impart. The trip down into the cavern was fairly easy to do but...More

I love going to caves! When I was a child my family went on vacations which included visits to caves such as Mammoth caves in Kentucky, The Lost Sea Caverns in Tennessee, and Colossal caves in Arizona. I even managed to get to the Meramac...More

This was definitely worth the drive from Vincennes. Our guide, Morgan was super knowledgeable and easy to talk to. The cave was very interesting. I plan to bring my grandkids next time.

We enjoyed seeing the bones and hearing about recent discoveries as the cave is fairly new. The walkways are easy to navigate and our 6 year old could manage them easily. The boat ride really adds to the experience.

We stopped in on our way to French Lick. The staff was very friendly, and our kids 14, 10, & 7 all had a great time. The paths were easy, but the steps were wet and a little slick. It was raining outside, so we...More

Never knew what a unique adventure existed right here under Harrison County. I learned more about past history in an hour and a half than I did in all my history clases. Well worth the trip.

The tour was good and fun! We enjoyed the cave, but we learned a lot too. Our guide (Troy) seemed extremely passionate and experienced with caves. There was less distance walking than we expected, but lots of stairs and beautiful scenery. We all enjoyed the...More

All ages are welcome. Front carriers are very nice for babies if you can bring one, but certainly not required. Just frees us the parents hands to use the hand rails.
