This is hard to rate. There isn't anyone at the park. It's just empty, though it's obviously well cared for. I like to find shaded trails underneath trees, to jog and hike, and this is very good, although very small, so I make many laps....More

Been following the exploits of prolific John Hunt Morgan for years. The Battle of Corydon was one of a handful of recognized Civil War battles in the North, so this memorial should be preserved and not sanitized by the PC crowd. (One of the others...More

I think you have to love history to appreciate this small place otherwise you will probably be bored. It's very small for those expecting a big battlefield. The tour guide there was very knowledgeable.

We had an excellent guide. He used posters, maps, and books to tell use about the Battle. He took his time and answered all our questions. Area is well taken care of. Great that there's a guide available to tell about the Battle.

A small but interesting site of Morgan's Raid into the northern states. A cabin on site represents a home of the time. The interior is nicely done with informative displays. The docent from County Parks was excellent. A short, worthy visit.

We really enjoyed this small historical site. It showed how the Union soldiers fortified the area. The marker has a side for both armies listing the dead soldiers.
