Many years ago it was one of the better malls but it has seemed to lose a bit of its luster. Sears is gone and who knows if JC Penney’s will survive the bankruptcy now. Most of the stores have reopened since the pandemic shutdown but Louisville has the better malls with better variety. For those folks who live in Louisville it’s not worth the drive or the toll across the bridge.

In a world where smaller malls are failing, this one is doing very well and has lots of stores and the first ever Texas Roadhouse. The only issue we had was one bathroom at one end of the mall. Other than that, very clean with good store options.

was visiting from out of town and found this mall to be just the right size for 2 hours of shopping with several of my favorite stores. Dillards, J C Penney, Victoria Secret , Bath and Body Works, and a good sports (Tshirt) store. they was a shoe store that looked interesting, but time ran out.

It is a good place to walk. The mall walkers start before the mall stores open. I meet a friend here to walk weekly and then after an hour of walking we go to Texas Roadhouse for lunch. It's enjoyable. They recently closed the cookie place and Mexican restaurant but have added some nice new stores too.

This isn't as entertaining as Mall St Matthews in Louisville, but it'll do for some shopping purposes. There is a lot of parking around the mall and they have food places throughout ranging from sit and dine to walk up. I definitely do not frequent this mall just because the taxes in IN are more than KY, there are more entertainment options around Mall St Matthews and some stores need some updating.
