This is my favorite studio ever. I drive almost 3 hours to come here. Everything is on point... Instructors are amazing, space is inviting, facilities are super zen... There's really nothing I don't like. 💯❤️

Wife and I did introduction and thoroughly enjoyed it. A lot of heat so we changed to the zen version and thought the slower pace suited us better.

I left the studio after a young man, who had challenges in life, had to courage to come back to the studio for his second class. The owner told him this wasn't the place for him and when he left she called him a "retard"...no matter how good the yoga is I can't condone the intolerance. I haven't been back.
Her own teachers admitted to me that she is not nice to customers, they even think it is funny how rude she is to some. You either fit her definition of acceptable or you don't.
I would suggest YogaSix (Carmel, Fountain Square) or Studio You Yoga in Greenwood....they aren't as hot or instructive but much more welcoming to all.
