Oliver Winery is Indiana’s oldest and largest winery and one of the most modernly equipped wineries east of the Mississippi River. With an award-winning winemaking team and distribution in 18 states, the winery is well-known for producing wines that reflect the flavor and character of the highest quality fruit.

You’ll find an extensive but approachable wine list at the winery’s beautiful Tasting Room on State Road 37. Enjoy a glass of Soft Red — the top-selling wine in the state of Indiana. Or taste an estate-bottled vintage from Oliver’s 54-acre Creekbend Vineyard, a crisp glass of Beanblossom Hard Cider, or a dry Oliver Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay, or Riesling.

Oliver Winery also offers special events spaces for personal or corporate celebrations, from rehearsal dinners to holiday receptions.

Tasting Room Hours: Monday-Saturday 10 am - 6 pm; Sunday 12 pm - 6 pm. Production tours available Friday-Sunday. Please call for details or group visit information.

At Oliver Winery, you can participate in a tasting for $5. You can choose up to eight different wines. This is a lot cheaper than other wineries in the area! However their "tour" of the winery wasn't much of a tour. Our tour guide led us to the back and we watched a video and then listened to him discuss... More

Oliver Winery is beautiful. We have been there twice and enjoy tasting the new wines they have to offer. There is a great selection of wines to try. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. There are also cheeses, crackers, dips and sundry items to enjoy with a bottle of wine on the terrace or down by the pond. We... More

Lovely grounds and relaxing setting once you get off the highway and into the gorgeous gardens in front. Tasting room feels like a California experience, and the back patio is a great place to have a glass of wine and some bread and cheese while you overlook the grounds.

A fun place to take friends for wine tasting. It is a popular place. Plus the store has cheeses and different snacks to buy. Outside is a great background for photos with the big stones, the pond and the woods.

My husband and I recently visited Oliver Winery, never having visited prior to this, and we enjoyed the beautiful grounds and the wines. It was so busy and there was no way to really get up to the counter without shouldering your way in... it would have been helpful to have a number system or something... however, the wine list... This winery has become a repeat stop for me and my bff's on our yearly Labor Day weekend trek. They have such a variety of wine choices to taste test and to purchase. Last year we did the wine tasting and the tour, this year we did the wine tasting and enjoyed the terraced veranda for crackers, cheese and a... More

This was our second trip there. We absolutely love this winery. The tastings are reasonable and the staff is knowledgeable about the wines. The atmosphere is very welcoming and after the tasting we bought a case for home and a bottle to share outside. Their outdoor area is beautiful. There are different tiers that back up to trees with plenty... More

Oliver has really good wine, and is a very pretty winery to visit. There is a lot of seating as well as picnicking areas around their pond They don't have a ton of food options, mostly cheese trays ... They don't have a kitchen, but you can bring your own lunch if you wish. We stop through any time we... More
