My wife and I recently took the golden circle tour, taking in Gullfoss waterfall, Thingvellir and the geysirs with Time tours and were fortunate enough to be the only ones on it that day. This made the whole day feel like we had booked our...More

I really enjoyed seeing the countryside, and I think that the trip was worth the effort and the money. But... off and on very harsh weather didn't help make it better. Huge bus and size of the tour group made it seem pretty impersonal. I...More

Yes, this really was worth the stay. In a few hours, we heard and saw Iceland in a nutshell, history from the Norwegian ancestors, beautiful scenery, vulcanos and old churches, not to forget the amazing nature, with its incredible geysirs - hot springs - the...More

This is an 8 hour tour of some of the natural wonders of Iceland. We were picked up at our hotel, taken to a larger bus depot, to switch to a tour bus, since they are to large to make it down the narrow streets...More

Toured this area with Iceland Excursions Tours. It was called the Golden Circle Classic. Well worth it, saw waterfalls, geothermal area, Pingvellir National Park and much more.

The Golden Circle is basically starting in Reykjavik stopping at Pingvellir, Geysir, and Gullfoss and then looping back. It is a day trip. If you have 7 days, the way better experience is the Ring Road. THAT shows you... More
