Some nice outside seating. Plenty of parking. A few toys for the children. There is a gate at the back of the car park that leads to the lake.

Beautifully refurbished, lovely tasteful decor. Yummy food, chunky chips were really good and proper onion rings. Dog friendly. Good deal on during the week two courses for £14 - super full : ) nice area to sit for a drink as well, looks like it...More

Now beautifully refurbished with updated menus although prices have been increased in line with a good restaurant rather than a pub. The garden is set to be upgraded too so great for kids in summertime.

I used to go because it's the nearest from home, it has large place outside and the beer is nice. The old building is wonderfull, I love it.

I'm not entirely sure, I believe it is a leasehold. As looking online the pub is currently up for lease on a website called star pubs.
