Took a small group of children for a bday celebration. Took 15 minutes or more to check in and they included that time in our 1 hour jump. Sat in the front area opening gifts and having cupcakes and water and had to ask guests to sit on curb to enjoy because the sales

Response from Jill R, Manager at Epic Air Trampoline Park

Joe, we talked and messaged back and forth with you explaining everything. When businesses offer a Groupon, they don't put their entire product line for sale on Groupon. They pick one or two items to sell/promote at a discounted price. We have a 10 jumper package on our website that includes 2 hours of jump time, 2 large pizzas and 2 pitchers for $295. If you add 5 jumpers, 1 pizza and 1 pitcher of soda to this package (which would be equal to what the Groupon Package has) it totals $419. The Groupon that we are offering actually has a value higher than $429 if you compare it to our Basic 2 Hour package because the Groupon Package also includes unlimited jump time which our Basic 2 Hour Package does not. And the Groupon Party Package sale is $310. So you are getting 5 extra jumpers, an extra pizza and pitcher of soda and addtional jump time for only $15 more than our Basic 2 Hour Package. That's a really good deal! You wanted to know if we had a sale on our $455 package with 20 jumpers, and at this time, we do not. You were trying to apply $429 to our $455 package and then pay $26. Our Groupon is not a coupon for $429 to be applied to anything of your choice. We are promoting a 15 Jumper Birthday Party. And compared tor our 10 Jumper Birthday Party Package this is an excellent savings.

We went on Sunday night and there was a 2 hr deal where the second hour was half price. 20 bucks a kid. The place was very clean and the staff was always picking up. The staff was very friendly and did their job well. The park is nice size and has a decent variety. Two hours

I went here on a day with our 3,8, and 10 year olds. The place was complete chaos. I don't know if it was the lack of teenagers running the place or what! REALLY EXPENSIVE AS WELL. There was an area that my three-year-old was made to leave because she was not a gymnast and it

Response from Jill R, Owner at Epic Air Trampoline Park

Thank you for making a trip out to Epic Air. I believe you may have visited us during last week's day off of school. Typically, these are the days when Epic Air is the busiest. During peak times our parking lot may fill and create a need for customers to park along the street. We are the only customer facing business on Lancaster Road, so traffic is very light and similar to that of a subdivision. If you are looking for a slower time to enjoy our trampoline park we recommend weeknights or Sunday mornings before noon! Even when we are busy, we feel that our park is well maintained and operated, but recognize we can always improve to make each guest's experience epic. We have several procedures in place, such as a height requirement in our Long Tracks (tumbling court), to keep little ones safe. Feel free to reach out to Megan at megan@epicairpark.com or 847-608-0600 if you'd like to discuss your visit further.
