A gorgeous park with 5 scenic overlooks of the Mississippi River. Modern and primitive campsites, hiking trails for all levels of hikers, many wildflowers in bloom along these trails in the Springtime, boat launching, many picnicking sites and shelters available.

We decided to drive through the park on a during a trip north. Found a nice picnic table with amazing view for a snack and walk to stretch our feet. Will come back when we have more time to walk around. Amazing views.
