Samasta Yoga Studio is a place for everyone, all ages are welcome.
We would like to inspire everyone to use Yoga as a lifestyle for a healthy and positive living.
We are the first yoga studio in Adelaide to incorporate Yoga classes for kids and adults at the same time in separate rooms, an advantage for busy parents, families and caregivers with kids.

I love everything about Samasta yoga studio. My kids have been going for a while with Paulina and Angela running he adults class is a match made in heaven!

My girls (13 & 10) and I take classes weekly at Samasta. The only place I’ve ever found to offer adult classes at the same time as kids/teen classes— which means I actually get to yoga!! Angela and Paulina are darling people and excellent yoga teachers. I am thrilled to have found them. 💜 🧘🏻♀️
