Parking is large and easy in and out but expensive at $25 for the length of the show (although it is average for chicago). Food inside is also pricey soft drinks and popcorn at $6 each. Lemonades at $17. The theatre is lovely and well maintained, so are the bathrooms. Some people just park right across the street Fashion Outlets which has free parking.

I love this place because it is nearby my house and there are several restaurants nearby to choose from for “apres cinema” party. But most of all: large free parking!!!!

I purchased tickets for immediate family. My parents, especially my mom is handicapped and uses a walker. We were immediately greeted by a very nice woman as we entered who informed us that it would be about 20 minutes before they started scanning tickets, would we like a chair for my mom? By the time we went through the doors, she had a chair there waiting for us. As lines formed for ticket processing, we were ushered to the front to get our tickets scanned so she wouldn’t have to stand. To get to our seats in the first row of the upper section she had to climb six stairs. When we got to our seats, a very friendly usher named Sandy came up and took the walker and placed it in a safe place. She was so very nice and attentive. When she saw mom start to get up she was right there with her walker. A great show, with exceptional and kind treatment from the theater staff. You made our evening!

Great venue. Decor is classy and bright - beautiful! Parking, while expensive at $25 was easy in and out. Arrived at 7:30 for an 8 pm show. Sound and lights perfect. Side section seats are all instructed views due to curtains and speakers but you see a little. If there are empty seats better located they don’t mind you moving to see better once show is underway. Great fun place.

Nice theater. Larger than expected. Full house for Pentatonix. Easy getting in and out. Parking more difficult unless you want to valet ($40). I have heard the lot and garage are difficult.
