The show was great: the sound, the view and the seats. But the parking situation was an utter nightmare. We waited at least 30-45 min in lines to park. We were ushered from one parking booth to another and then watched as a flager was shaking his head. There was no more parking in the paid lot but there were lines of cars still paying $25 to not have a spot. We asked him if we could squeeze my little car behind one in a row ahead of us, and he said ‘sure, not sure If there are any more spots anyway.’ I have never seen parking this bad at a venue where your only choice is to park in their lot.

The Allstate Arena is a sports venue not a concert venue. You can't charge crazy prices to sit near the stage on folding chairs? There's no spacing between chairs. Talk about a sardine in a can. The aisles were packed. Isn't that a safety hazard? The aisles should be clear for safety and security issues. I paid 146.00 to see the Scorpions in concert the other night and walked out into their 5th song. Totally uncomfortable seating. Why are you guy charging 25.00 to park? Tinley Park and other venues charge 20.00 or less.

Scored a deal for Disney on Ice tickets and went with the family. We have tweens through toddlers and was a little worried if it would entertain the whole group. It kept the attention of all. We sat in the upper seats which was less crowded and still a good view. Our family has been to two events now at this arena and have enjoyed both. The venue is big but not enormous and its kept clean. We have never had any negative issues with the staff or parking.

Certainly an older venue with an awkward layout. Thankfully we arrived early, when the lights were still on and could find our seats. Our section was tough to locate right out of the gate and witnessed multiple groups of lost people as no employee was helping. Restrooms were not easy to locate. Seats do not look accommodating for larger people.

Great friendly customer service... I went to go see a Wolves game with family on 4/2/23. Parking was only $15. Young lady in the parking lot booth happily welcomed us in. Plenty of places to park close to the entrance. Went inside first met by Andy Frain Security. The male Officer who screened my family and I was very respectful and kind. Next there was a young lady scanning entry tickets, and I didn't know what I was doing with my digital tickets, and she happily assisted me in the kindest manner possible. No pushiness whatsoever. I had the cheap seats for this event in section 214 and the view was still amazing. I could see every little detail of what was going on in the game. I am a tall guy at 6'4 so my legs were kind of cramped in the seats. But at 320 lbs the width of the seats were more than wide enough to accommodate me. Ps Even the people at the concession stands are super friendly. Everyone made my family and I feel like well, like family. Most enjoyable time ever!

Bocelli was great!
Getting in and out of the venue was a nightmare, as if they had never had a show here before. The show started late because of the mess outside. Even at that, people were still coming in after the house lights went down and you couldn't see the stairs to floor seating! All of the souvenirs, programs, food sellers were gone long before the show was over! Saved us money that we were ready to spend.

The arena is too small for Monster Jam. The show was nothing like the videos on their website advertising the show. Total disappointment. Also, having the audience members vote using their cell phones takes too much time, creates awkward pauses, and is discriminatory against people who don't have a smart phone. This show had a lot of talking by the m.c. and very few truck tricks.

The show was great...the covid protocol was not being enforced. We were not asked to see our Vax proof or ID. People were crowded, unmasked as the concession was open. Even selling cotton candy in the isles. We moved to the upper balcony to get away from the crowd. They announced the covid protocol but no one enforced it. As I said the performance was outstanding but the covid policy totally unenforceable.

Trans-Siberian Orchestra was fabulous. Parking was crazy and cost$25. It took 50 minutes to get to a spot from the highway exit (2 miles away) and an hour to exit the lot. It’s as if they’d never hosted a big show.

This is a pretty old arena. There are no major
it's not amazing. The lines for the food get pretty long and the prices were a bit high. It is card only so keep that in mind. A major perk is the seats. The upper bowl still has a great view. Not far at all. Parking is a nightmare, so do your best to avoid the parking lot.
