The center itself is perfectly located near the airport and nestled amidst several huge hotels making this capable of supporting even the biggest conventions. The main floor areas could park several jumbo jets and upstairs opens to a parking garage level that can be used for another huge open space. A coffee shop and vending machines offer a limited ability to find refreshments without having to go city blocks away. The main entry doors are covered and offer plenty of space for shuttles and buses. Rosemont offers a free shuttle to shops and restaurants from the con center that runs quite late. The area around the con center is safe and secure with plenty of lighting and police presence. Nearby is a casino and a few other attractions. My only complaint is the terrible skybridge design that connects the surrounding hotels to the con center. Whoever designed this was an idiot. The skybridges run around the perimeter of the building, ensuring the longest walk possible between two points. The bridges themselves are endless hallways that look like access ways in some industrial complex or prison. Just an ugly, horrible design that makes airports look uplifting and inviting. It was also somewhere near the temperature of the sun in those tunnels for some reason. I used the skybridge once and then just walked outside in the Chicago winter rather than hike through those dungeons again.

We rented a few rooms for a conference and for the cost, the value is tremendous. Parking is a bit of a walk to the show floor but it's safe, warm and dry. The facility is top of the line, could use a bit better wireless and some indoor GPS would be valuable like they have in Las Vegas but overall this is a great spot and location.

Perfect location right next to the airport. Lots of hotels with airport shuttle services and a sky bridge connecting the hotels and convention centre. Clean and big building, perfect for holding big events with lots of attendees.

Great place to have a large gathering like Comicon. Spacious, well organized. Only criticism I have is the women's restroom. Whomever engineered the restroom was not very bright. The sinks are almost inaccessible when there are more than 2 people washing their hands. There is maybe a foot and a half to 2 feet of space between the counter housing the sinks and the wall. You have to literally suck in your gut and say excuse me to go behind someone washing their hands in order to get to another sink. Poor design. Other than that its great.
