We went there for the annual garden show. They had plenty of vendors with an array of garden art, jewelry, plants, and vegetables. They also had wood fire pizza out there which was delicious. We walked around the arboretum and it was well kept, clean,...More

The wife and I had visted this garden as well as the Japanese and the one a cross from sinnisippi. This was our favorite, less crowded and more flowers

This place was nice because there were many trails, some were prairie-like and others were wooded. Some of the trails were paved and others more rugged. You can also bring your dog here. There is a children's play area with a hedge maze. We cooled...More

Cute place to take a child when it is too cold outside. Spent over an hour walking around and enjoying the flowers.

A quiet and peaceful place to walk in the middle of Rockford, a neglected and sad looking city. Beautiful green lawns and wooded paths,

Lovely setting and beautiful walk. Very quiet when we visited (11.00am on a sunny September morning), but thought there would be more there. Also, would be really good if coffee, tea house available?
