We Love Rockford Rides

This service is so nice for traveling to and from O'Hare. They were on time, safe drivers and we were dropped off at the airport without having to worry about parking or driving in traffic. When we returned to Chicago from our trip it was raining and windy. It was so nice to have our ride waiting outside the door of the airport and we were able to relax on the way home after a long trip. We highly recommend Rockford Rides.

SAFE, CLEAN. FRIENDLY TRANSPORTATION

We used Rockford Rides for the first time for airport transfer. We couldn't have been more pleased with our service. The vehicle was spotless and they wiped everything down with antibacterial wipes and wore a mask throughout the transport for our safety. They also graciously picked us up at a different time when the airline changed our flight without complaint. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for safe, clean, efficient, and friendly transport.

I had the privilege of riding home in a Rockford Rides's Expedition. The driver arrived at the previously discussed arrival time. Friendly conversation in a clean and sanitized spacious unit made our transportation extremely pleasant. I highly recommend Rockford Rides, especially for your airport or group travels. :)

Rockford Rides Rocks

Rockford Rides is tip-top! I needed round trip transportation from/to O'Hare/Rockford. Rockford Rides was on it! All of my pre-departure communication with Amy was excellent. My driver Paul was absolutely terrific. He went above and beyond the call. Both of my pickups were perfect. On the way to Rockford, Paul gave me a ton of information about the town, and about the areas through which we were passing. He was a value addition to my trip. Paul knows the airport situation very well and can give amazing directions when dropping passegers off there. The vehicle was in great condition.

Do not hesitate.

On Time!

We took a Ride to the airport and everything went as planned. The driver was on time and very professional. The Ride was very clean, unlike a lot of cabs in Rockford. Highly recommended.

Joshua was awesome. He is friendly, professional and runs an on-time operation. My colleague and I were on a business trip and truly enjoyed our ride from Rockford to the Chicago midway airport. Joshua arrived our hotel ahead of time, loaded our bags and his ride was extremely clean which we enjoyed. I slept the entire route while my colleague and Joshua spoke along the trip. He's knowledgeable, sociable and have a down to earth nature.
You'll love Rockford rides, a great riding experience.

I flew into Rockford on a very snowy day last Thursday. I needed to get to a different location in Rockford to catch the Van Galder bus to Madison. Having a Lyft and Uber app, I tried to request a ride but got no response back. I only had one hour to catch the bus. A contractor inside the airport highly recommended Rockford Rides stating, "it's the only reliable transportation in Rockford". I called Amy and she assured me arrival in 20 minutes despite snowing conditions and slippery roads. Her vehicle was immaculately clean, she grabbed my suitcase right away and put it in the car. Amy was very friendly and I was relieved to get to the bus on time. This is a top notch professional business and I highly recommend them to anyone traveling in the Rockford are as well as to O' Hare.

Got stranded at the airport due to a delayed flight. Missed my Hertz rental by 10 minutes. they wouldn't stay past 6 oclock and did not drop off my keys and several others at a pickup area. This shuttle was recommended by the receptionist at Emery Air which was a great help finding a hotel and a ride. They came promptly were courteous and the vehicles were clean. I called them back in the morning to return to the airport and this driver was also good and the car again spotless. Thank you!

To O’Hare and back

This month was the first time I used RkfdRides. I need a very early ride to O’Hare and ten days later a late ride back to Rockford. I dealt with Josh and Amy; both professional and accommodating. I will be using this service again.
