Make your own pasta
Sep 2018 • Couples
Excellent! We made our own pasta from scratch. The chef taught us how to make and prepare a wonderful dinner. We had an entry to prepare an appetizer and salad and dessert to prepare. Lots of food. Good to go with small group.

Very nice store!
Apr 2019
Have gone into Cook Cork and Fork several times now. Owner is very nice, knowledgeable, professional and helpful. Bought a knife there I truly love and use all the time and he sharpens it for me. Have also bought a cutting board there but not real fond of it as it is thin and plastic. Later bought a wooden one @ a craft fair. Love the store though!

Gem of a Cooking Experience
Nov 2018 • Couples
My husband and I took a class on Asian fare. First, the cooking class area is set up perfectly to accommodate 12 people. The head chef Lucio is excellent, patient and very knowledgeable. Each table had an assistant who was always available to review the technique that had just been demonstrated or answer any questions. Everything is perfectly organized and done with maximum efficiency. We learned a lot, had fun and then ate the delicious food we had prepared - with plenty leftover to be packaged up as a snack. The store section is well stocked and offers a nice variety of cookware, tools, gifts, etc. I highly recommend this gem of a place to learn about, eat & enjoy fabulous food.

Memorable Mom/Daughter Bonding Time
Jul 2018 • Family
My daughter and I celebrated National Lasagna Day at Cook, Cork and Fork learning to make pasta from scratch. The facility was very clean and organized and the instructors kept class moving at a perfect pace for us novices. We had a great time making 2 unbelievably delicious lasagna casseroles. The atmosphere was fun and the instructors were very personable, helpful, and patient with all of our questions. We only had 7 students and 2 instructors allowing for lots of hands-on cooking opportunities and plenty of guidance. In addition to learning how to make homemade pasta, we took away some great new tips on how to properly cut herbs like basil and oregano as well as new cutting techniques for various vegetables and we created a sinfully delicious bechamel sauce to use in one of the casseroles. Each lasagna made 6 large pieces. We had a total of 3 people at our table so we each received 4 pieces total. We ate a piece with our new friend at our table and then we we boxed up the extras to share at home. For the meal, they also served us a salad. We were originally going to learn to make the dressing but we ran out of time so they just made it for us and gave us verbal instructions for it. I would have liked a paper copy but it was not offered and I never followed up after the class to find out more. Overall, the class was a great experience. In addition to the cooking school, the facility also contained a kitchen store where they offered unique culinary merchandise. We had a great mom/daughter bonding session and look forward to attending again FYI: The only issue we had at all was slight confusion on the parking. If you are looking AT the store entrance of Cook, Cork and Fork, you are ALLOWED to park to the RIGHT on N. Bothwell Street. You are NOT allowed to park to the LEFT of the building in the Village Square Parking lot or you may be towed. If you use the Street View of Google Maps, this will become more clear.

Delicious Valentines Day!
Feb 2017 • Couples
We have now been to 3 classes here. All were wonderful food, fun and learned some cooking tips we could use at home. They have a good wine and beer menu to enjoy while cooking. It's been very organized and all clean up take care of after you leave making it really fun. Highly recommend this for a date night or a party.

Cooking Classes
May 2016 • Couples
We have enjoyed 3 cooking classes here. The first was a Pasta making class. We created 2 types of pasta dishes to enjoy as a finale. It gave us a deep appreciation for all the steps of the process. Next we tried an herbed chicken which gave us a great flavor and cooking take away we continue to use. Our last class however was the best as we made a panko chicken, polenta, asparagus and a fruit crumble. Both We and our friends, purchased the infused oil, seasoning and smoked salt and have successfully recreated all parts of this meal repeatedly.....seemed rather basic when we signed up but we'd all agree it had the most impact. The best part is sharing the meal created together at the end and getting cooking questions answered by the chef (wine is available for purchase to accompany). It's a great store definitely try the small but well chosen wine selection, Thyme infused olive oil, Applewood smoked salt and American Spoon preserves as they are now kitchen staples at our house.

Love this place! Went for a cooking class with my husband. Learned some great recipes, ate well and had so much fun. The chef instructor is great - both informative and entertaining. The owners are very nice and try to ensure everyone has a nice time.

Took cooking class
Oct 2015 • Couples
Love the place and atmosphere. Took the knife skills class. Was a little disappointed just on how the experience was. Class was kind of boring. Would have been fun if we were all given tasks as we learned the knife skills that resulted in cooking something wonderful that we could eat. While I know this was a knife skill class, there's probably better ways to make this more exciting. For the $40 bucks, it was expensive for just cutting vegetables. They didn't even offer anything to drink.
