Since having my first Tarsier encounter in a botanical garden that most likely poached their tarsiers for tourists to see back in 2003(?), I was very doubtful of my next tarsier encounter. Bohol is well-known fir this endangered primate but it did not make sense...More

It is a very small place that seems family run. They seem to be doing a great job that needs support. The tarsiers are simply adorable. Our guide was very knowledgeable and fun. Do not skip the short documentary on tarsiers. Hopefully the reserve will...More

It is really nice to see these little creatures. You will see around 4-5 on a little guided tour around the sanctuary. I think, it's a must see, if you are on Bohol and it does make for really cute pictures.

Part of the reason that we came to Bohol was to see the Tarsier. Our driver took us here, as he said it was less touristy and crowded than the other tarsier location. We went in a small group to see these little creatures. Our...More

Come here if you want to enjoy the cuteness of Tarsiers and to know everything about them. The entrance fee is ridiculously small, and you get a guide to accompany you (within a group of max 4 people) to the sanctuary (small jungle) to spot...More

At Bohol Island, this is one of best attractions as tarsiers are found nowhere else on Earth. U can't touch them or talk loudly but u will not forget the sight of them. Only 4 tarsiers here when I was here.

Much more humane way to see the very cute tarsiers. We went to both tarsier centres to compare and the sanctuary is a much better experience for both tourist and tarsier. The guides take you to the tarsier and ensure you are sticking to the...More

Easy enough to find if you do your research and if not, philippinos are always helpful people! It only about 5km east of Corella. Take a north turn onto a bumpy gravel road (there are signs) and follow it for a bit and you're there....More

We really enjoyed seeing the tarsiers in a more natural habitat. I didn't want to do the standard Loboc tarsier visit as I've heard they are not very well taken care of there so we went to this place in Corella instead. It was a...More

There are several ferry companies that run between Cebu and Bohol. I used the SuperCat ferry that runs three times per day, each way (nice, comfortable fast ferry). The journey takes 2 hours to the Tagbilaran ferry... More

Any time works although tarsiers are more active on night. I suggest afternoon would be better. It will also be less hot on this time. Enjoy! :)
