I visited this mansion for free during the 2016 Open House Chicago event. Do not miss a chance to tour this place. There was no wait to enter but this large house was full of visitors. Interior photography was allowed during the event.

We planned our daughter's wedding here few years ago (2007 to be exact) Really nice setting, beautiful decor, very elegant and well styled. Great, helpful staff. Perfect location.

Pleasant Home is a spectacular older mansion well worth seeing, sort of Prairie style meets the Gilded Age.

My daughter's friend and I visited. My daughter did not want to go. She really missed out. Very historical and beautiful place. The tour guide explained every detail of the history of Pleasant Home. Great for touring and large groups.

A home I've passed many times while walking the area, but I should've gone in sooner. In summer (old fashion movies shown on the porch) or a cozy winter craft fair or musical concert this is a neighborhood gem that we should not take for...More

Hi, There is no parking lot for visitors coming to tour the house. They do have lots of street parking all around that is free.
