This place if really interesting, one giant swimming pool broken up into sections. There's a section for lap swimming, a section that imitates a lake with platforms to jump from, and a kids section. Along with this, is a rather large sand beach on the one end. Plenty of life guards keeping an eye out. This place is amazing!

Our party consisted of one senior citizen, one adult and two kids ages 10 & 12. The "pool" is perfect for swimmers of all ages and abilities. Half of the area of zero entry to four feet deep. There are then a few lap lanes before the 15 for area. The shallow end has water features and a slide. The... More

I love the setup here with the beach that leads into the really deep end. This is actually one of the deepest sections to a public pool that I have seen in the area. You can't get much better with a backdrop of Downtown Naperville and the River Walk.

This was the best $20.00 I have spent so far this summer! My three grandchildren ages 7,6 and 2 had not gone to a beach/quarry to play so I took them to Centennial Beach were they made a massive sandcastle with connecting moats. What I especially enjoyed was other children connecting their moats; everyone was in this together! The water... More

Was here for a women's triathlon. Sandy beach. Great for families I'm sure. Facilities are nice and clean. Nestled among massive and beautiful homes surrounding the beach. Along a river walk. Just beautiful. No idea if there is a fee since this was a private event.

Great place for family fun during those hot summer days. Feels safe, seems like enough lifeguards on duty, great for all ages. Gets pretty busy on weekends specially when is very hot and humid but what can you expect.

Swim laps, dive off the 3 meter and 1 meter boards, slip down the slide, sunbathe on one of 6 rafts in 15 feet of water, or play with toddlers in the sandy beach ....all while surrounded by a green grassy, tree filled park with lots of picnic benches and adirondack chairs and even a snack bar.

I attend Centennial Beach in the summer when the quarry is open for swimming. They have lanes and an open water section for swimming. It's a great place to practice open water swimming for triathletes. Only concern is when the teenagers are out of school they have a tendency to not care if your swimming and get in your way... Lots of communities have swimming pools but Naperville has a beach... Not exactly a beach but a filled in Quarry that is huge with a sandy area, lots of green space for picnicking, a snack bar and a slide for the kids. Even as a solo adult one can find a quiet place to read under a Shady Tree and... More
