It's OK if they have what you need...

There is a couple newer stores at Southpark but it has lost the ones that I used to go to (Sears, Walgreens a good bookstore).

1 of 2 malls in the Quad City Area. It's okay for the area with your usual stores. Needs to add a little more diversity but you can find good deals at many of the stores located within.

There is no comparison. Northpark on the Iowa side is 100000 times better than what is left of Southpark. If you want a quiet shopping experience with some decent stores left, this is the place. The Playplace is now closed, so there is not much for children to do. The "Arcade" is just sad and pathetic. Victoria's Secret, Spencers, Younkers,... More

This mall is a good size mall with many stores in it. We frequent for Bath and Body Works, what isn't in the mall is near it.

This mall is not what it use to be. Many of the stores are closed. Unless you have some place specific to be for a specific errand, or want to do laps as a mall walker, don't waste ypur time.

The place is always very clean. It has several of my favorite stores to shop at. I like the way it is has been up-dated. I like the many bathrooms that are inside the mall,it seems like there are plenty scattered throughout the building. One thing I do wish is,I wish the store hours were earlier then 10 am. I... More

I went Christmas shopping at Southpark Mall. I knew they had done some remodeling and was anxious to see it. I am disappointed in the food area. There was a Dairy Queen, Chick Filet and maybe one or two more. I really missed the food court that they use to have especially Whitey's Ice Cream. I hope they add it... More

Just moved to the area. I have no issue with the mall....they just finished remodeling the food court and added a sports jersey shop. Is it the mall of American....no BUT I like it. It has all the stores a young lady needs and hardly has long lines. The parking lot is still under construction but driving 30 min to... More

This mall is under construction--in a big way--and I'm not sure it will bounce back. Currently there are 4 fast-food type eateries inside; I expected a courtyard of several different options. This is a transfer point for the Metro bus so I expected to see a lot more traffic. The parking lot is in terrible shape as well.
