Nice stop in Moline. Not being farmers, the 7 and 10 year olds had never really seen farm equipment except in movies or pictures. This was eye opening to them regarding size, etc. The place also had a good supply of interactive exhibits for the...More

This Pavillion gives a comprehensive history of John Deere, his family, and his legacy. Most of the equipment post-dates John himself... for example, the company didn't start with tractors until after he passed.

Spent time here before a concert across the street at the I wireless center. Wow, it was a pleasant surprise. Cool interactive displays and large agricultural equipment to climb into and explore. The best part? Totally free!

Great place to stop and stretch and see various John Deere items. The pavilion is fantastic for young and old alike. Gift store has nice selection and helpful staff.

The kids in your group, including the 50+ yr olds, will like this stop. Lots of equipment with BIG tires and engines, and an adjacent gift shop with PGA gear to kid-size tractor toys. You can cover it in less than an hour and have...More

We've visited the JDP on numerous occasions. We've brought friends and family there. When they were younger we took our own children there. John Deere is so much a part of our fabric and the JDP is a nice extension of that. There are things...More

The only negative of my experience at the pavilion is that I could NOT keep my kids (5, 2, 2) focused and prevent them from running from exhibit to exhibit. That's how excited they were!!

John Deere Pavilion is small but informative. You will learn more than you need to about the history of John Deere, where some of its technology has been and a little about where they are headed.

We took our grandchildren who were 4 and 2. They loved climbing on the tractors and mowers. There were other kid friendly activities as well. Very nicely done..
