Worst boat experience ever

We did rent a boat with Neumaticas Mallorca today, and we dont really recommend those guys..
First of all, no ID required, no driving boat licence and no deposit were asked, only cash. The boat which was given to us was dirty, without fuel indicator, without ladder to go in the water, no compass, only two small seats, no explanations from the owner. "Take the key and go"
The engine stopped many times, and we did wait in the middle of the sea about 20 min, for the engine to start again.
When we came back to the harbour, we explained all what happened to the guys who asked for 200euros for a 4h renting...
We politely explained all the issues we had and the trip is really not worth 200euros. He told me that he was the only one in the harbour to rent a boat with 40HP at this price..Just give a quick look on Google and you'll find many companies which rent DECENT BOATS with 50HP for less than 200euros (Maskyboat for example)...We are honest people, we could have just left the key and leave without paying (we definetely should have done that) but no, we stayed, we called him so he could get back the key and take his money...
Anyway, dont go to those guys to rent a boat, there are many better, safer and cheaper companies in Puerto Soller.

Simple booking, good people, great boat, perfect day

Go for it! you won't regret it! Ramon was very professional in renting one of his boats to my girlfriend and I. Super easy, just pay and go. He explains how everything works and gives you some very good tips. Boat was in great condition and had an overall GREAT day. Thanks

Not serious at all: lack of information and transparency. The boat is not high quality and should have a better maintenance (for example the ladder was not working properly) .
The price they ask for does not worth it.
And of course, only ca$h!!!
My advice: stay away and do not worry, you will find a better service in this area.

Santy gave us a great tour of the coast and took us to amazing spots to swim and eat. I'd highly recommend Neumaticas Mallorca.
