Favourite Place in the Sunshine
Sep 2021 • Friends
The Bikes and Bakes shop has been our favourite place to enjoy the afternoon sun and a few drinks. We are always well looked after by the friendly staff who have also sold us lunch, snacks and great croissants for the following morning. Equip Soller and Equip Deia also hire good quality bikes and paddle boards. A welcome addition over the last few years to the Passeig at the En Repic end of the Port and we look forward to seeing Pere and his team again very soon.

Great people and great products.

the best coffee in the port, best baked goods on the Island and between Pedro, Marc and the rest of the staff the most accommodating and friendly (and Mallorcan!) bunch around. A few years of sipping coffees, wines, eating pastries and getting great advice on walkling, cycling and running routes from the guys with flawless road bike rentals. One of the best spots in Puerto de Soller.

Great little bakery/cafe/coffee shop

This has quickly become my go to place for great coffee, cake and sandwich. Everything is freshly baked and always looks appetising. The staff are always polite and helpful. Nice little seating area outside too.

Great Cafe and shop with a sea view and comfy chairs. Good Wine and Beer.
Jun 2019 • Couples
I haven't hired a bike as I have a long standing friendship with the owner of another bike rental company in the Port, but last June, September and again during each day of our nine day stay in the Hotel Marina in late May / early June this year I have enjoyed a relaxing post ride coffee or beer sitting outside the shop on the Port de Soller sea front.

We bought very tasty freshly made sandwiches every lunchtime and I have benefitted from some good advice on wine, beer and gin purchases. It is particularly pleasing to be able to buy craft beers and some very good local gin, but the shop also has a very good range of wine from Mallorca and beyond.

The shop is well stocked with good quality items, particularly alcoholic and soft drinks but not forgetting the bakery items as well, including pizzas and cakes, and of course the cycling clothes.

A very friendly and valuable addition to the Passeig and the Repic beach end of the Port.

I look forward to my next visit at the end of August.

Outstanding Service / Bakery - Hire your bikes here!!!
Apr 2018 • Friends
There are no words to express how great these guys are, and how wonderful this business is. Every aspect of our experience was awesome! We arranged bike hire several months in advance of our trip and were helped by Marc over email about all and any questions we had. On arrival, Marc was great and set us up on the bikes which were brand new, top quality - Much better than what we have to put up with back home! They were also a better price than other bike hire shops in the Port area.

The next day, 3 of us rode to their other site in Deia and needed some changes (one different sized bike and a few saddle adjustments) which was no bother at all. Had a coffee whilst we waited and then enjoyed the bakery and its wonderful delights.

Both Vincente and Marc were super nice guys, who couldn't be more generous and lovely. Vincente let me borrow a top for my brother to try on, just to make sure the size was right, which is a wonderful gesture. We obviously ate more baked goods throughout the week and absolutely rate everything we had!

In summary...kind, helpful staff, fantastic service, phenomenal equipment, nothing was too much trouble and the bakery was amazing!

Brilliant little cafe/bakery
Mar 2018 • Couples
We kept referring to this place as the cycle cafe ever since our first visit last summer. Just at the side of the footbridge on the promenade in Port de Sollér, this was well placed for us for an afternoon coffee, or a pleasant gin and tonic.
Several visits here during our week found a steady flow of customers through this popular cafe. Bikes to rent or a selection of cycle clothing to buy, alongside a good variety of wines to take away no doubt adds to the popularity. We enjoyed a fresh, easy white Garnacha one afternoon after calling in for coffee and cake. The home made cakes and ensaimadas ensure you won’t be stuck for choice at any time of day with the usual range of coffees from espresso and cortado, to Americano and cappuccino.
Some good advice on local gins found us trying both the Cabraboc and the Suau. Two very different flavours, but both very enjoyable sitting outside on a warm afternoon after a 12 mile walk. Also, compared to many places in the town, the prices are good too!
Friendly, engaging staff/owners really add to the experience here and guarantees that we will be back in the not too distant future.

And I can't believe no one else has reviewed it on TripAdvisor!!!
