Great alternative to avoid STL crowds

A great place to go with friends, family, or alone. You can sit up on a lounger and look out over the river. It's beautiful. The water slides are fun, and there are water tubes to just float around a lazy river if you like. Plenty of seating and umbrella tables.

Amazing water park with many things to go and do for everyone in the family. Look for coupons online and on bunny bread. It's clean they are constantly running and picking up the ground crew

We live three hours away and wanted a water park relatively close to home. STL hurricane harbor seemed pricey and would likely have been crowded on a hot summer day. Raging Rivers had many positive reviews. It did not disappoint! My boys ( ages 10 & 12 ) loved it. The wave pool turns on about every 15-20 minutes. A... More

I would like to think this is the most descriptive review for Raging Rivers of all time. We ordered passes a few days before online. Very easy to do. Look for discounts/coupons. There is one related to Bunny Bread advertised at Raging Rives, but we were not aware. I could not find any, so it cost me and my wife... More

Had a good time. Was very busy. I love the wave pool. It's like the ocean. Alot of chlorine in the pools and if you want a tan this is a great place to be too. Activities for all ages and adventurous levels

Raging Rivers is a short drive up the Great River Road from Alton, IL. This small waterpark along the Mississippi has a wave pool, lazy river, and several different types of slides. It is great for the whole family. Food and drinks can be a bit expensive, so bring a cooler and picnic in your car and go out of... More

This was a great day trip on a hot day! It is a smaller park, but is fun. The prices are very steep, but ok for an occasional trip

They have a great area for little ones that is gated as well as accommodating older individuals. The park is small enough that you don't have to worry about older kids being on their own for a while.

This water park is great for beginner water park goers. It is small enough for your Tweens to run around. The slides are easy for young riders. I'm not sure if the park is worth paying full price to get in. I only go if I have free or discount tickets. Raging Rivers offers free tickets for elementary students who... More

The water park is fun day when its hot. Find coupons can be pricey. Small water park good for a summer day when its hot and muggy. Kids up to age 11 seem to get more enjoyment but teens will enjoy it too.
