We love staying at the Geneseo Campground and riding our bikes to town. This is the third time we have tried to go to the Geneseo Historical Museum and it was closed. It has been closed every time we have tried to visit. So frustrating.

It is filled with many historic Geneseo and Geneseo related items. Also has a carriage house in the back that has a lot of agriculture, etc items. The curator is a vibrant very knowledgeable person. One could spend lots of time there

Well done with really fine collection and display. Probably one of the best small, non-government museums you will encounter.

Enjoyed the time here. We had a good time looking at all the the things they have gathered through the years.

An eclectic collection of local artifacts ranging from the secret slave hiding vaults in the cellar to dental and opthalmalogical suites. Make arrangements by phone with the limited, but excellent staff for an informative tour.

We have never gotten to visit the Geneseo Museum! We have tried lots of times and they have never been open. We like to visit Geneseo to shop and eat and whenever we walk up to the door they are closed.

This museum is very interesting and was connected to the underground railroad. You can see where the slaves were hidden.
