The Blaum distillery tour is one of my favorites - funny and informative at the same time. You can tell it’s a fun place to work!Keith was a great guide! The tasting was good - we walked away with 3 bottles - bourbon, gin and rye. The cocktails were amazing! The ryebrarian is my new fav!

The tour Dennis gave us was very interesting. The 3 samples were amazing. And the after tour drinks were delicious!! We also had fun with the circle string game.. We found a new local place for cocktails.. The place was very clean. Mar and Mike do a wonderful job!!

Dennis did a wonderful job providing a great tour. The tour was 47 minutes followed by a tasting. The time flew by. Dennis not only described bomb brothers, but he also did a fantastic job explaining the distilling process. And mentioned Mark, the Maine coon cat. The distillery was clean, and the bartenders were conscientious and attentive.

Wes was a very friendly and informative guide. It was interesting to gain understanding if the distilling process. You also had a nice gift shop, from which we bought several items and a bottle of bourbon. If I have any constructive feedback, your parking was not adequate. I had to park across the street. Not a big deal. We had a great time. Well done, and thanks Wes!

We ordered tickets online the morning before our tour, and arrived a half hour early to have a drink before the tour began. I would advise an early arrival because the bar did get very busy closer to the tour time. The vibe is comfy and funky, very casual and relaxed. The drinks were strong and delicious…just perfect flavors for the fall. The tour guide was entertaining and knowledgeable, with his comments lasting about 45 minutes, and ending in a tasting of the products. Totally worth the money and your time.

We so enjoyed our tour with Gary. It was so incredibly interesting. We loved seeing the cat. The tour was awesome. We even enjoyed hearing Gary’s teaching stories after. So fun! I loved my Hellfyre vodka with the Bloody Mary mix. Amazing. We also loved our amazing drinks with Gema at the bar. Get the chocolate martini!!

Great time and great tour of the facilities. Liked having a smaller group. Nice shop, my husband got some nice glen carin glasses. Nice people. We have done many tours in Kentucky and Tennessee, first one in Illinois and it was great!

Great bar area and really enjoyed the tour with Gary. Enjoyed talking to Gary after the tour, he was a great host and was very knowledgeable of the distilling process. Stick around and enjoy some great drinks after.

Was not sure when we booked the tour as to how it would be. Turns out the Blaum Bros. Distilling Company is amazing. The owners have taken a small space and used innovation to produce awesome product. Our guide Gary was knowledgeable and entertaining. He walked us through the distilling process and made every step interesting. And the best part was the tasting afterwards. Would highly recommend a visit to the Blaum Distillery next time you are in Galena.

We took the afternoon tour with Gary and it was FABULOUS! It was so informative and seeing how they took an idea and turned it I to a million dollar company and put their family first. Wonderful locations and such a cozy tasting room. 100% recommend this tour to everyone!
