Perfect for Pre-Schoolers

I used to take my grandchildren to the Children's Museum when they were younger, especially during the summer when boredom sets in. They have updated and added new stations for the children to peruse.

For Younger Kids.

When our grandchildren were younger we would often spend time in the various rooms and stations of the museum. From getting my teeth cleaned in the mock dental area to being served by a familiar waitress in the cafe, to being checked out in the little grocery it is a place filled with imagination.

Such a fun place to visit

There were so many interactive areas for kids of all ages. There were things outside as well but it was too cold for us to enjoy this visit.

Discovery awaits.

The building is interesting to visit for historical value. Once was an elementary school. Now a museum catering to children's interests. Wonderful to visit the education stations. Some are interactive. Yes they have an adult's night.😁Exhibits change regularly.....so you can visit again and again. Enjoy!!!

2 year old and 6 year old enjoyed it.
Jun 2018 • Family
Our 2 year old son and 6 year old daughter enjoyed their play time here. I would plan on being here for about 1 hour. I think it would be a stretch to play there for 2 hours or more.

They have a bunch of different small themed areas filled with toys for the kids to play with. The price might be a little high, but it was an overall positive experience. The staff was very friendly.

Brought my 2.5 year old son & he had a blast in all of the areas in the museum for over 2 hours. So much fun & reasonable!

For 5 and under!

We went to this place on a preschool field trip. My 5-year old had a blast. Lots of interactive toys and exhibits. I wouldn’t bring anyone older than 5 though.

Fun for our 4 y/o, but expensive for what you get.
Aug 2016 • Family
Our 4 y/o enjoyed the experience, but he also enjoys playing with cardboard boxes. We really wanted to like the museum, but it was rather small, little to do, and at the time we went, very overcrowded. It also has limited hours. Possibly the problem was our expectations of the museum based upon bigger city Children's Museums we've been too.
