Sorry but the Christmas time tangle is rubbish, very odd concept to put children through, mine were thoroughly bored and frozen, the bit with santa was painful and in a group of about 20, not special, magical or anything of the sort, we won't be back, 2 very upset little girls this afternoon

I was shocked at the quality of care for the non-farm animals. The birds of prey in extremely small enclosures with little, if any, enrichment. The same with the tortoises, snakes, even fish. They deserve to be in the wild or much larger wildlife parks that can provide better for their needs.

Clearly a lot more focus and money has been spent on providing soft play and outdoor play equipment for children including a pedal go- kart run which is a big win with the kids. I would suggest that WPF focus on this and re-house the bird of prey and other large animals into more suitable facilities.

Hadn't been here since I was a kid, expected it to be kid based and tiny. Not at all! It's great fun for everyone and huge! We had a good full day out here on a nice day. Lots to see and do, plenty of animals to feed all very well kept. Good children's play areas too. Entry price is a bargain. Looking forward to going back soon.

We last visited when our own children were Primary School age, many years ago, and it was just a farm. This time we visited with our Grandson and were stunned by the changes, all for the better. Such an amazing variety of obviously well cared for animals and Grandson's 1 to 1 with the Meerkats made the day. He also got up close with the giant tortoises, tickling one under its chin. The Gift shop is excellent and the Food outlet served well cooked food from a decent menu.
A thoroughly good day and real value for money.

Had a really good day with our 2 grandsons one 3yo and one 8 months (who, granted didn’t get much out of the day- but at no cost) but our 3yo had the happiest day - he fed the guinea pigs, ducks chickens and geese and sheep and goats-the animals all looked well cared and catered for- lots of space for them and shelter- went in the reptile house, saw the birds of prey and many thanks to the young man who fed the meerkats and answered all our questions with good knowledge of his subject. The tractors are a not only a great photo opportunity but our grandson had to keep coming back just to sit in the driving seat and steer the wheel again...and again...😂Our lunch was perfectly good for the price charged and it was all rounded off by great fun in the playground and use of the go-carts all included in the admission price.
I heartily recommend this as a tourist destination for a family with young children.

Visited yesterday with small children (2.5,1.5,7 months), last visited in 2017.
Quite a few new things (I think)- can’t remember the birds of prey section or the wallaby walk through. Plenty to keep them entertained- both animals and great play areas, food price at kiosk was reasonably priced compared to many places, as was the animal food. Cost about £35 for 2 adults and 1 child (under 2’s were free), only downside was that quite a few of the toilets near the kiosk food place were locked meaning long queues for the toilet. Animal pens/fields/living areas looked well maintained with lots of space/shelter. Overall really enjoyable day out, we would have stayed for longer but they were worn out and grumpy by 3.30pm.

Too many animals and not enough staff. Basic washing facilities to the minimum. I am very disappointed and it ruined the whole outing!

The farm itself is well laid out. Plenty of space to walk round and reptile house is excellent for anyone who loves creepy crawlies! I was afraid of spiders until I handled the resident tarantula spider. The keeper made me feel at ease and now I am not afraid anymore. It’s brilliant for all ages.
