Many cities, large and small, are proud and quick to brag about their native sons and daughters. Historic land mark. Many figures have connections with the once home of a local Doctor. Very cool to be here. There is another newer building you must tour while there.

Can't say enough about the kindness and helpfulness of these folks. They were under renovation but opened the genealogy area for us to check on some information. They also showed us some of the new exhibits that were being prepared. Nice small town museum.

As a Abe Lincoln buff, I always try to see any location that is related as I drive thru an area. This is certainly one of the finest. I was surprised to see that they have a brand new building as well as older facilities.
