A mighty fine indoor climbing venue just off the A55/M56 gateway to Wales. Stylish, relaxed and friendly with some beautiful problems, lead and TR lines. Over 1000m2 of climbing and home to the UK's first Psicobloc wall. A "dry" DWS/Highball boulder 8 meters above a custom foam mat giving 13 meter lines, solo, up to 8b. One word... Sick!!! We run taster sessions, induction to climbing, kids clubs, birthday parties, wheelchair climb/abseil, yoga classes, physio and sports massage. Great coffee and light refreshments. Free WiFi.

We are regulars here and really enjoyed the friendly atmosphere, the staff are very helpful and the coffee and freshly made food is really good, try a pizza on pizza days they are great. The climbing areas are changed regularly and suit all abilities

I've been to a few climbing walls in my time, and a lot of them recently ferrying my daughter around, and The Boardroom was a great find. Superb staff, gorgeous coffee (important!) and even swanky loos. A huge variety of bouldering, top-roping and lead walls...More

The Boardroom is a great climbing centre. Bouldering, lead and top-rope available. A small coffee shop is on site too. If you are a climber and in the area, maybe heading to North Wales and waiting for the weather, this is a place worth stopping...More
